Cyber Security and Critical Infrastructure Experts Present at 2015 Global BPM Summit in Arlington, VA

Christine Robinson, principal of Christine Robinson; Enterprise Architecture and Security; today announced that Christine Robinson, Courtney Vaughan, and Mary Pat Denney will speak about cyber security and critical infrastructure protection at the 2015 Global Case Management Summit drawing speakers and attendees from around the world. The OPM security clearance security breach provides an example of a security breach of a case management system with a record 4 million compromised records. This breach, and other security breaches, suggests why the Workflow Management Coalition and BPM.com, who sponsor this conference, asked these experts to share their knowledge in this international forum.

Security breaches and cyber security breaches occur with greater frequency and more impact. Cyber security breaches have grown from student hackers to nation states and organized crime. Nation states may want our information for political, monetary, and military gain. Organized crime discovered that it costs less and offers less risk to hack systems anywhere in the world, with no boundaries, versus performing bank heists on specific locations.

Christine, Courtney, and Mary Pat will share their knowledge of how to anticipate, protect, defend, and recover from security breaches. Christine speaks on June 22 about securing case management and other systems for finance, law enforcement, military, and civilian government agencies. Christine Robinson and Mary Pat Denny join Courtney Vaughan, the moderator for “Straight Talk with Courtney Vaughan,” to discuss cyber security and critical infrastructure protection security as a team on June 24. They will describe risk mitigation strategies and technologies that mitigate risk, along with compliance, regulation and enforcement that can apply to business and government alike.

Christine Robinson advises industry and government on Enterprise Architecture, cyber security, and critical infrastructure protection. Christine’s career accomplishments and her recognition as an author have led many to consider her an expert in her field. She advises military and civilian organizations how to modernize their operations.

She is the founder and principal of a 14-year old Washington-DC based, strategy-consulting firm that advises Boards, C-Suite executives and entrepreneurs on critical infrastructure protection.

Mary Pat Denney has over 25 years of risk management, change management and compliance experience at financial institutions and their regulators.
