Public Service Electric and Gas is spending $55 million to install new gas lines, higher capacity electric transformers and new electric distribution lines in Camden as part of infrastructure improvements meant to ready the city for the impending influx of new businesses.
“We expect these new businesses to require about 66 megawatts of new electric demand, and about 360 million additional BTUs of natural gas,” said Ralph LaRossa, PSE&G president and COO. “These critical infrastructure investments will ensure that we can deliver on those requirements.” For the full article click here
